2. How long does it take for a refund from eModa.com to reflect in my PayPal account?
Depending on your method of payment through PayPal (bank account withdrawal, eCheck, etc.), it may take up to 7 business days from the date your refund was processed to appear in your PayPal account.
3. How long does it take to recieve a store credit?
Store credit ID numbers are issued via email upon receipt/processing of your return, and are available for immediate use.
4. I have an international credit card, what currency will I be charged in? Also, if I chose to make a return how will my account be credited?
International credit cards will be converted at the time of purchase and charged in Euros. International credit cards will also be converted and credited in Euros. Prices are automatically converted to the specific countries currency based on the consumers IP address.
International Orders
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
